Drawing from ancient Indian healing wisdom Ayurveda or Ayurvedic medicine is an ancient system of health care that is native to the Indian subcontinent. Sirodhara

Sirodhara SIRA-mean head and Dhara mean the continuous flow of liquid. In this process some herb oils, medicated butter milk etc.. are passed on the forehead in a special method about 40 minutes. This treatment is mainly for Insomnia , loss of memory, headaches, Mental tension and certain skin diseases.

Kizhi

Herbal leaves or powders are made in boluses and are applied on the whole body or a part specified after dipping it in warm medicated oils. This is done for 40 minutes daily. This is effective for Osteoarthritis, Spondylosis, Sports injuries etc..

Pizhichil

It is one among the rate and special treatment lukewarm herbal oils are applied all over the body by tow four trained therapists in a special rhythmic way continuously for about 40 minutes. This treatment is very useful for rheumatic diseases nervous weakness..

Sirovasthi

Certain lukewarm herbal oils are poured into a cap fitted on the head and held for 15-60 minutes per day according to the patients conditions for a period of 7 day. This treatment is highly effective for facial paralysis, dryness of nostrils, mouth and throat, severe head aches and other diseases of the head.

Nasyam

Being one among the panchakarma procedures, Nasyam is atreatment in which herbal jusice, medicated oils ect. Are applied throuth nose for 7- 14 day. This treatment is highly effective for certain mental disorders , some type of skin diseases.

Steam Bath (Medicated)

Certain precious herbal leaves and herbal are boiled and steam is applied to the whole body for 10 -20 minutes. This is good for certain skin diseases, to eliminate impurities of the body, to reduce fat etc…
